I am very grateful that I took on this workshop and time out for myself, I feel it has shifted something inside me already. Where usual things would cause me rage/anger or frustration to not having those thoughts pass through, and if it does I am calm and respond with love instead. My energy and mind are a lot clearer and not so fast-paced busy. A really incredible experience, I wish many would follow - so healing and powerful. 

The number of modalities Jess has used exceeded the imagination. I've had so many breakthroughs; insights and realizations were coming out of nowhere. I've processed so much pain and anger I unknowingly still carried inside me, despite a lot of work I had done to release it. I've connected with my ancestors, helping them heal what needed to be healed in my ancestral line. I've healed the traumas of my inner child. During the powerful visualisation I've transported back in time to my past life and discovered what I carried through to this one, and what needed to shift for me to allow me to manifest abundance. I even managed to channel - something I've never done before. The sections of the workshops were all great, and Jessica was guided by participants' pace and needs. I've felt taken care of, helped,  attended and listened to. I mattered to Jessica. I feel incredibly grateful I've completed Transforming Trauma Weekend Workshop.

I felt at an all-time low, desperate mood and contemplating ending my life due to being so miserable. This has been my dilemma for the last 3 years, since my long-time partner's death and I was feeling extremely lonely and abandoned. Initially, I had a 90 minutes zoom session before the workshop and I felt relieved that Jess recognised the need to work with my grief. From this experience, I felt reassured that this was the healing process I was after and in Jess, I felt I could wholeheartedly trust her guidance and therapeutic methods. Now, 5 days since the workshop, my breathing is naturally no longer shallow or rigid. I'm no longer getting stuck in negative thoughts and I am laughing more often.

I decided to go after participating in her free online seminar. I found that I related very strongly to many of the types of trauma she introduced. My desire was to learn how I can process my trauma and be in a better relationship with myself which would also help me in the better relationship with others. The most powerful part of the workshop for me was doing family constellation. Experiencing seeing others playing the roles of my family members helped me to open my heart to myself and discover what was creating the anxiety, the fear and difficulties in my life. Jess has given me some suggestions to help me process my emotions and stay grounded and when I use them each day, they have been very helpful for me. I continue to stay in contact with her for support and also plan to attend her retreat.

My wife Tia and I had a truly amazing experience at Jess X Goh's 2-day Transforming Trauma Weekend Workshop in Tokyo. It was light and easy, with none of the unfortunate pump and ceremony that other spiritual workshops in Japan seem to feel is necessary to get people "switched on". We did Tai Chi, grounding work, deep massage body work, deep relaxation exercises and exercises to enable us to fully open up and really feel things inside and outside, past and present. The processes Jess gently led us through uncovered some remarkable scars that we'd buried but that really needed to see the light of day to move on from. Being calm and present just looking into my wife's beautiful eyes was an unexpected and very special moment for me. There was much healing, much bonding, and much fresh awakening. And even laughter! We'd like to go back again for more.

Jess’s workshop was my first experience of healing work and I was nervous. Jess very quickly, made me feel comfortable enough to go as deep as I had to, to let go of some really toxic stuff that I had been carrying around for years. The results are effective and immediate and allow you to sustain a sense of inner peace for months after the workshop.

I’m feeling good, I’ve got a lighter mood and am smiling more. Got the ongoing feeling of satisfaction, since yesterday. Thank you for facilitating the workshop, it was really good. Something got dislodged, and it was the change I was looking for. Thank you for doing your work.

I am feeling good actually, still feeling light and more in the present. Yesterday evening I was feeling tired and sleepy, and had a good night's sleep, I woke up refreshed. Feeling well and more at peace. My friend came to visit me today and said she felt peaceful vibes in my house

I attended the Transforming Trauma 2 day Workshop with Jess X Goh and would highly recommend it to anyone experiencing a block from living authentically. I entered as a contracted and rigid person and left as a free, expansive and empowered soul. The combination of nature, yummy vegan meals and a fantastic group of people, all on individual journeys but connected to each other, enhanced the experience. Jess is an amazingly gifted human being. She is also very kind and generous. I'm so honoured to have received Jess's healing gift. It has changed my life. 

Thank you for encouraging me to attend your 2 day workshop. It's helped shift the hole I was in. I've had a few shifts. 

I'm feeling great now. I had some understanding land for me today and released some tears. Lighter in my heart space. I had bubbled up during bodywork. Abandonment issue I had relating to my mama and was able to observe the wider scope, she too had with her mama. It was beautiful to share this with her without blame. I liked Jess's joyous energy and the light language part was very special. During the inner child work I felt love and reconciliation with my inner child. The food was fresh and beautiful and lovingly prepared. Thanks Jess!

I took a leap of faith and came to Jess’s Transforming Trauma Weekend Workshop, with the intention of addressing my mental health conditions and gaining new insights into my spiritual quest & personal development. I met her out of serendipity, when I was on the verge of despair partly because of a shattered and draining relationship. And this is the greatest gift that the Universe has ever arranged for me! It surprised me how unique, holistic, embodied and transformative her approach is. She has given me insightful perspectives when I was almost hopeless about healing after having tried countless of mainstream therapies and modalities for so long. Now I feel empowered to uncover my authenticity and live my Truth. Infinite gratitude and love for her

Jess, I can't be grateful enough for your support during the workshop. As you said, attending without expectation, putting your ego aside, and being open to the process did release a lot of negative feelings and guilt within me. I woke up feeling happy with a smile on my face. I feel so much lighter. I feel more connected to myself and more trusting of myself. Thank you again for having my daughter and also supporting her and holding space for her. I learned a lot about our own relationship and now  see her in a different light, as her own person and trust in her for her own journey. I am also grateful to have met some beautiful souls without whom this journey would not have been possible. I cannot recommend Jess enough, mainly for those who are uncomfortable talking about their trauma as releasing emotions attached to them is the main focus.

It was such an amazing experience and I was able to release so much! So thank you for holding the space for me and for going out of the way after hours to help me process and release all that I was ready to let go of! I’m feeling so much better!

I can still see some little triggers. But still, I seem to have more awareness of them and therefore more control. And I'm extremely happy. I really did become this joyful Lena I pledged to be. Thank you for all the work you did on me. I can feel the effects, I feel so free and joyful and I feel freedom to be authentic. I'm not scared of luxurious shops anymore. I used to have an underlying fear that someone would notice I was there and throw me out. I don't anymore. I feel at home wherever I go. And even when I'm treated like I'm not welcome I act with audacity and not with shame.

On arrival I was feeling anxious and nervous as I didn't know what to expect, I was warmly greeted by Jess and felt at ease by the end of the workshop I felt so much lighter and peaceful. It was a wonderful experience! I can't wait to book another workshop! Jess has got so much knowledge and knows exactly what each individual needs.

What was in that light language!!! Wow! There must have been an important and beneficial message for me. My meditation and chanting has improved significantly. I just knew somehow what adjustment to make. And now this has changed how I allow my mind to function when I'm not meditating and it's not something you can teach or explain in words, at least not in English. It's really quite special.

Jess is an outstanding coach and holistic healing practitioner. She has been a life-changing experience for me. She is very professional and extremely gifted, intuitive and perceptive. A few workshops with Jess have helped me to improve self-reflection and confidence, allowing me to manage my fluctuating emotional states and increase rapport with my inner-self and all people around me, family and friends. I have been looking for a while for a good coach/healer and I am very grateful I have come across Jess and since then, she has been helping me to break unwanted habits and intergenerational traumas that I have been engaged in for a long time. Although it is still an ongoing process, I really feel I am finally breaking free of them. I couldn't recommend Jess more highly.

The workshop helped me to clear some stuck and buried deep down emotions. It confirmed to me that somatic processing of emotions is crucial on the journey to become whole. Jess has beautiful energy and I recommend working with her😊
