"My wife Tia and I had a truly amazing experience at Jess X Goh's 2-day Transforming Trauma Weekend Workshop in Tokyo. It was light and easy, with none of the unfortunate pump and ceremony that other spiritual workshops in Japan seem to feel is necessary to get people "switched on". We did Tai Chi, grounding work, deep massage body work, deep relaxation exercises and exercises to enable us to fully open up and really feel things inside and outside, past and present. The processes Jess gently led us through uncovered some remarkable scars that we'd buried but that really needed to see the light of day to move on from. "I decided to go after participating in her free online seminar. I found that I related very strongly to many of the types of trauma she introduced. My desire was to learn how I can process my trauma and be in a better relationship with myself which would also help me in the better relationship with others. The most powerful part of the workshop for me was doing family constellation.
