REFUNDS

Life In Confidence processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. This means if you're not satisfied with my online courses or private 1:1 mentorship within 48 hours AFTER your FIRST session or course modules, we refund your money back, just send an email to jessxgoh@lifeinconfidence.com.

For online courses -  refund valid within 48 hours of purchase.

For private mentorship and programs - refund valid within 48 hours after the first session. 

There are NO REFUNDS for workshops including VIP tickets, retreats, audios, digital products and online events but you can transfer your ticket to the next event or sell it to someone else who can attend. If the date, time, venue or platform has been changed for any of the online or face to face events then a refund will be offered if you can't attend.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life In Confidence absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. EDUCATION OR LIFE COACHING

By using our services, you agree that Life In Confidence is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold Life In Confidence liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Life In Confidence.
