“It's been quite intense yesterday. I can still feel my anxiety has moved to my sacral chakra area - which is good, because now I can address it better. Since I have started journaling and observing my body reactions in detail, my body has really turned into a stage. It feels like peeling an onion layer by layer and in the core there will be resolutionAnother surprise happened that I want to share because the timing is like a miracle as I was looking for a resolution for literally months. My ex decided to text me for some organisational things - in a slightly rude way that is hurtful again - but I can be sure now that she has let me go and will not pursue me any further. My gut feeling is confident about it, I can finally find peace and move on ."

“I’ve been surprisingly silent, quiet, relaxed, but at the same time nervous. Even my mind chatter reduced. I’m optimistic. Oh, I’ve done some work on my 10-13 days year old selves, but there was not much work to do on 1-8 year old selves. Maybe it’s because I don’t really have many memories below the age of 8. That’s funny that I gave my very young selves gems. Not toys to play with, but jewels. And a 10 and a 12 year olds got pretty, feminine dresses. I forgave myself for doing silly things that hurt my then husband. I was a crazy teenager and was acting from my damaged and traumatised self then. Or a deeply wounded inner child. I visualised my ex, apologised, and then informed him that I forgave myself for doing all those things, and just released it. Thank you so much for pointing your attention to the guilt I was feeling and the next day I have won the court case My ex husband can’t take children outside the UK without a court’s permission.
