It was really interesting experience for me. I learned how to charge an energy of my body and accept my body. Also I experienced releasing blocks from my relationships including with family and colleagues. Jess performed past life reading and past memory transformation personalised to my situation. I have tools to continue the work at home by myself.

I was going through heartache mixed with many emotions such as grief and anger, and the course allowed me to release those emotions that were decreasing my energy. This workshop brought practical tips on how to attract relationships. After releasing the emotions that needed to be released, I started to notice shifts in different relationships in my life.

The workshop helped me to clear some stuck and buried deep down emotions. It confirmed to me that somatic processing of emotions is crucial on the journey to become whole. Jess has beautiful energy and I recommend working with her😊

Jess’s workshop was my first experience of healing work and I was nervous. Jess very quickly, made me feel comfortable enough to go as deep as I had to, to let go of some really toxic stuff that I had been carrying around for years. The results are effective and immediate and allow you to sustain a sense of inner peace for months after the workshop.

On arrival I was feeling anxious and nervous as I didn't know what to expect, I was warmly greeted by Jess and felt at ease by the end of the workshop I felt so much lighter and peaceful. It was a wonderful experience! I can't wait to book another workshop! Jess has got so much knowledge and knows exactly what each individual needs.

I attended the Conscious Relationship Workshop in Adelaide.  It’s my second workshop facilitated by Jess. I am honoured to have received Jess’ spiritual gifts on both occasions. My limiting beliefs have shifted, which has led to me living more authentically. As a result, my interpersonal relationships have improved dramatically. The heart opening sensual ritual and the earth bed ceremony have enabled me to tune into my body and for the first time in my life I feel seen, loved and free! I’m so blessed to have been able to work with Jess.  A gazillion thanks Jess.

I am very grateful that I took on this workshop and time out for myself, I feel it has shifted something inside me already. Where usual things would cause me rage/anger or frustration to not having those thoughts pass through, and if it does I am calm and respond with love instead. My energy and mind are a lot clearer and not so fast-paced busy. A really incredible experience, I wish many would follow - so healing and powerful. 

I felt a lot calmer and not so much in my head like always...Woke up with a smile on my face...I also felt a bit more confident of myself ...Feel like the release process helped a lot. I was in a relationship that was psychologically abusive. I lost a lot of self-confidence and self-esteem. I was in need of direction, self-love and reflection. While I was working with Jess, I managed to find a new job with a big pay rise. I've got career opportunities and I'm in a relationship with a guy who's supportive of me.
