- Meditate - try Headspace or youtube meditation music. It's like taking a shower for the mind, do it daily and you will see things a lot more clearly and in perspective
- Grounding and breathing exercises - get connected to your body and be more present with life
- Voice dialogue - find a sweet spot in your home and sit as if you're a guru then close your eyes and answer out loud to these questions - how am I showing up in life? And how can I overcome my deepest fears?
