Hey Wonderful being,
I want to share with you the 4 key tools you need as a part of your self-care kit to enable self-sufficient support in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life to experience the optimum state of wellbeing.
And no, I'm not grooming you to be a marathon runner or to live until 100. What I'm saying is how you can start to be your own bestie by minimising codependency, quick fixes and addictive behaviour through long term and sustainable habits and finding alignment to your heart and soul. It's finding quality in the life you choose to live by making yourself a number 1 priority.
Living through unpredictable times, it's about creating certainty within yourself to trust how to navigate through life's chaos and complications. This is why self-care is more important than ever. Here are the 4 aspects to consider and tools to support as part of your self-care ritual.
Tool#1: Self-care for your body. Listen to your body and honour what it needs. Whether you're working from home, in the office or self-isolating, find some time where your body needs to rest, nap or play. There's this preconception out there in modern society that to achieve and be successful in life we need to strive with the masculine energy and prove our own self-worth. But if you can let go of that idea and trust how you're feeling in your body right now? You'll find a smarter and intuitive way to heal. It took me a while to let go and trust that my body is telling me that it's ok to slow down and just rest or that it's ok to take a break and walk the dog and have some fun with her. As soon as I trusted my internal guidance, I felt guilt-free in being in my feminine energy of self-nurture. Another thing I recommend is pouring yourself a glass or two of Ningxia Red each day to boost your intake of antioxidants and Vitamin C containing Goji berries, cherries, blueberries, plum as well as therapeutic grade orange and lemon essential oils without any artificial nasties. Tool#2: Self-care for your mind. Protect your mental health by finding ways to clear the mind. Meditation and mindset are mainstream ways to give us clarity through relaxation but many neglect the value of quality sleep. If you're getting quality sleep, you wake up feeling irritable, sluggish and anxious leaving feeling easily triggered and reactive than usual. This is why I use Blublocker glasses to protect my eyes from mental fatigue, eye strains, sleeplessness and migraines from blue light radiation emitted from lamps, artificial lights and devices such as laptops, tablets, computers and mobiles. Watch my YouTube video to learn more. There's a pair to wear during the day to filter the blue light radiation (see image below) which is available in clear lens and yellow lens which is great if you're suffering anxiety and depression to evoke feelings of happiness. The orange lens (see image above with my glass of Ningxia Red) is for night to block out blue and green light radiation to protect your body's normal sleeping patterns. I highly recommend them because it has made a massive difference to my quality of sleep and reduced the blurriness and nausea that I get from looking my devices too long.
Tool#3: Self-care for your spirit. The best way I can explain this is when you feel lost, numbed out and stuck yet you know deep down that you have a life to live. This burning desire to thrive but don't know how. This is called childhood conditioning where layers and layers of trauma and fearful beliefs cover up who you really are to present yourself as the ego. You might be thinking what's ego? My take on it is the little girl or boy inside of you full of heartache and emotional turmoil wants to seek revenge or feels life isn't fair. The wounds of the past are deeply embedded shaping your personality and intensifying anxiety when unhealed. Take back control of your life with my guidance of deep healing through trauma recovery classes and private sessions with myself.
With 20 years of personal experience of trauma (sexual abuse, domestic violence, dysfunctional family dynamics, childhood trauma, domestic violence, bullying, anger management and high anxiety) and my professional background as a trauma coach and healer supporting people suffering from low self-esteem to anxiety, depression, bi-polar, ADHD, Autism and OCD who are looking to find love and self-love requires devotion to healing.

Tool#4: Self-care for your mood. Experience empowerment at your fingertips. Use therapeutic grade essential oils for emotional support through inhalation (diffuse or inhale directly through the nose during breathwork and meditation), ingestion (not all oils can be ingested but oils like Lemon, Pepper, Rose, Lavender, Peppermint, Orange, Grapefruit and Rosemary just to name a few can be used in a drop in your water, tea, smoothie and meals for its health benefits or flavours) and application (use as a natural fragrance like Stress Away-lime, vanilla, lavender and copaiba, use Frankincense with your skincare as it helps with anti-aging and Panaway for bodywork which has Wintergreen healing injuries and joints). Learn more in my YouTube videos and grab yourself a kit here. If you're on medication, please consult with your doctor before ingesting the culinary oils if it interacts with your medication and note that therapeutic grade essential oils aren't intended to use to diagnose, treat and prevent diseases and illnesses.
Take this golden opportunity to reconnect with yourself. There's more to life than the external world and collective chaos. Life starts with you. Help is here. Ask and you shall receive.
